If the son remains with his father, he may give him what corresponds to his work

Fatwa number ( 10691 )
Q: I have many sons and daughters. Among them is a young son whom I asked to stay with me to guard my lawful camels and sheep, fetch water on the water carrier, and attend to my service. I set a condition for him: for every year he stays with me, he will receive one camel in exchange for his labor. This is because his brothers have left me, each going out to search for a job or work, whereas he obeyed my command and stayed with me for about three years, and he now has three camels. Is it permissible for me, according to the Shari'ah, to give him the compensation for his labor without giving to his brothers and sisters, or what should I do? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good for us and for all Muslims.
A: If the situation is as described, and his work is equivalent to the camel you stipulated for him, then there is no harm in giving him the camel in exchange for his labor. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
