The Manner of the Prostration for Forgetfulness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa number ( 2677 )
Q5: Is the prostration for forgetfulness considered a prayer, such that one begins with the takbir and concludes with the taslim, and what is the supplication recited in the prostration of recitation?
A5: The prostration for forgetfulness is considered a prayer, so one says the takbir in its two prostrations for every lowering and raising in them, and concludes with the taslim, as indicated by the Sunnah
the authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and what is said in it and in the prostration of recitation is what is said in the prostration of prayer; due to the generality of the hadiths reported regarding that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
