Q1,2: What does the one who is praying say when he prostrates for forgetfulness in his prayer? And what does the one who is praying say when he prostrates for the prostration of the Noble Qur'an?
A: The one who prostrates in the prostration for forgetfulness and the prostration of recitation says what he says in his prostration in his prayer: (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High). It is obligatory to say it once, and the minimum of perfection is three times. It is recommended to make supplication in the prostration with what Allah has made pleasing of the important, lawful supplications; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Riyad as-Salihin 1427 , and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan Abi Dawud 875Sahih (Al-Albani) , narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to frequently say in his bowing and prostration: Sahih al-Bukhari 4293 , agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim from the hadith of A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her). And he (peace and blessings be upon him) also used to say in the bowing and prostration: Sahih Muslim 487a , narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Glorify your Lord in Ruku' (bowing posture) and exert yourself in supplication in prostration. Thus your supplications are liable to be accepted.
أما الركوع فعظموا فيه الرب، وأما السجود فاجتهدوا في الدعاء فقمن أن يستجاب لكمThe nearest a servant come to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication often.
