A1 : It is recommended to pay it on his behalf due to the action of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), but it is not obligatory because there is no evidence for it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
