Q 1: I got up late for the Fajr prayer while people were praying in the mosques. I performed the ablution and went to the mosque, where I caught up with the prayer. However, when I was in the second rak'ah, I remembered that I had not sniffed water into my nose. What is the ruling on my prayer?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that: Sniffing water into the nose is obligatory in the ablution, based on what is established from the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
and his command in his saying:, and his saying: . Whoever does not sniff water into his nose, his ablution is not valid. It is obligatory for you to repeat the ablution and the aforementioned prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
