Q 2: Whatis the ruling on one who did not wipe over his entire head with water during the ablutionIs the ablution valid?
A 2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And after: It is obligatory to wipe over the entire head in wudu'; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:, and what al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated from
'Abdullah ibn Zayd ibn 'Asim (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding the description of wudu', he said:Bulugh al-Maram 35, and in a wording of both: Sahih al-Bukhari 185. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ'Abdullah ibn Zayd ibn 'Asim (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding the description of wudu', he said:
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) wiped his head from the forehead to the back of his head and then back to the forehead with his (wet) hands.
ومسح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم برأسه فأقبل بيديه وأدبرbeginning from the front and taking them to the back of his head up to the nape of the neck and then brought them to the front again from where he had started
بدأ بمقدم رأسه حتى ذهب بهما إلى قفاه، ثم ردهما إلى المكان الذي بدأ منه
