Q1: Is it permissible for a Muslim brother to disapprove of another Muslim brother regarding a matter such as the matter of images, and what are the matters in which disapproval is permissible, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 49a … "the hadith, and Allah the Exalted said: [Ali 'Imran 3:110]
A1: The Islamic Shari'ah includes what Allah has commanded, such as the five daily prayers, fasting in Ramadan, and other things Allah has commanded, and it includes what Allah has forbidden, such as unlawful sexual intercourse, theft, and killing a soul without right, and other things Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. So, if someone falls short in leaving what Allah has made obligatory upon him, or commits something of what Allah has forbidden, then whoever is able to disapprove of him must disapprove of him in the manner explained by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), where he said:Sahih Muslim 49a , and in another hadith: Sahih Muslim 50a . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
