Is it wise to disapprove in the heart when fearing harm?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Sometimes, disapproving in the heart, when a person is facing a tyrant among the tyrants, it is wise to disapprove only in the heart. Is this weakness?

The Shaykh : The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If he is not able فإن لم يستطع
He conditioned the matter on capability. So, if a person fears that if he disapproves with his tongue, the wrong will increase because of the stubbornness of the one he is disapproving of, then at that time, disapproving of the wrong becomes a wrong in itself, because if you disapprove of it, you turn the weak wrong into a stronger wrong, and the purpose of disapproving of the wrong is to alleviate it or remove it.
