A1: Their presence among Muslims necessitates that they be considered as having received the message of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the rulings regarding them apply to them; for Allah the Exalted said:[Al-An'am 6:19] And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Muslim 153 narrated by Muslim .

والذي نفسي بيده لا يسمع بي أحد من هذه الأمة: يهودي ولا نصراني، ثم يموت ولم يؤمن بالذي أرسلت به إلا كان من أهل النار
