The Mu'adhdhin Turning Around at the Hay'ah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 9854 )
Q2: Is it permissible to move the body during the phrase "Hay 'ala al-salah"? Or is it only moving the head? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A2: It is prescribed for the mu'adhdhin who calls to prayer from a place other than a minaret to turn to the right and to the left at the hay'ah while keeping his feet planted; because this was established from the action of the mu'adhdhin of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in his presence (peace and blessings be upon him), and because it is more effective in making the call to prayer heard by those far from the mosque. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
