The Ruling on Praying Before the Adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You are asking Your Eminence about her father, saying: He prays before the adhan, so what is your guidance?

Answer:
If he knows that the mu'adhdhin has delayed the adhan, and that the time has entered, and he is excused because he is sick and unable to go to the mosque, he may pray. But to pray like that without consideration is not permissible except after the adhan.
However, if a person is in the location of the mu'adhdhin, it is summer, and he knows that he has delayed the time, and he prays before the adhan; there is no harm. Because a person must know the times and reflect, and not rush. If he knows the times and the one who calls to prayer has delayed in some cases, or in some mosques has delayed, and he prays before his adhan because he knows the time has entered, or because another mu'adhdhin has already called the adhan.
So the conclusion is: if he knows the time, and that the mu'adhdhin has delayed, and he prays because he is sick, or because she is a woman who knows the time; there is no harm. But it is obligatory to be patient and not rush, until he knows the time, or until the mu'adhdhins call the adhan; because they are mostly on time, calling the adhan at the beginning of the time, so there is no need to rush. He should be patient until the mu'adhdhin calls the adhan. But if we suppose that a person is in a place where the mu'adhdhin has delayed, and it is known that the time has entered, and he prays before the adhan; there is no harm.
