Ruling on washing the spray of urine

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on the spray of urine that lands on clothing as a result of the exiting water striking a solid object? Is washing obligatory, or is sprinkling sufficient?

Answer:
Washing is necessary. Whatever urine strikes the clothing or the leg must be washed; sprinkling is not sufficient, because it is a severe impurity. Sprinkling is only for pre-seminal fluid, and for the urine of a boy who has not yet started eating food. As for the urine of a boy who eats food, it must be washed.
