Standing for Prayer at the Beginning of the Iqamah or During It

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 6108 )
Q1: Here, the Muslim congregation does not stand for prayer until the mu'adhdhin says: (The prayer has begun, the prayer has begun) . After that, they stand with us and sit in the mosque until the mu'adhdhin calls the adhan and they pray two rak'ahs. They sit until the mu'adhdhin who calls the iqamah for prayer says: (The prayer has begun, the prayer has begun).
A1: The matter is broad in this regard, so there is no blame on standing at the beginning of the iqamah or during it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
