Responding to the reciter's greeting, then resuming the recitation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The ninth question of Fatwa No. ( 8501 ):
Q9: Is it permissible for a person who is reciting the Qur'an, when someone passes by and greets him, to refrain from reciting and interrupt his recitation to return the greeting?
A9: He should return the greeting to the one who greeted him, then resume the recitation, thereby combining the two virtues. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
