The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 6614 ):
Q5: Did our Master Adam leave Paradise as an outcast, and does sin follow his descendants after him?
A5: Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) informed that He sent down Adam (peace be upon him) from Paradise after he disobeyed, then He accepted his repentance. He also informed that He will send down the Books and dispatch the Messengers and Prophets. Whoever obeys will have Paradise, and whoever disbelieves will have the Fire. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:38-39] . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى فَمَنْ تَبِعَ هُدَايَ فَلا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ (38) وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
