The third question of Fatwa No. ( 2233 ):
Q3: What is the ruling on giving a translation of the Qur'an in another language — if this expression is permissible — to a non-Muslim?
A3: It is permissible to give a translation of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an to a non-Muslim for the sake of conveying the message and calling him to Islam, and to prioritize the aspect of translation. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
