Q3: What is the ruling in Islam regarding reciting the Qur'an before the Fajr prayer?
A3: The principle regarding reciting the Qur'an is that it is prescribed, whether before or after Fajr. However, the reciter in the mosque must consider the praying and reciting people around him and lower his voice so as not to disturb them. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
