Q2: Can the Quranic world develop to the point of revealing what is not permissible to reveal, meaning: from a religious perspective, not an economic one?
A2: He can progress through reciting the Qur'an and reflecting upon it, and thereby his horizon expands in knowledge of the Shari'ah, in matters of creed and other rulings, and he increases in rank with Allah; this is a favor from Allah and mercy. He may be granted by Allah the strength of insight, and his dreams may come true, but he does not know the unseen; as Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Jinn 72:26-27] ,
and similar verses. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ فَلا يُظْهِرُ عَلَى غَيْبِهِ أَحَدًا (26) إِلا مَنِ ارْتَضَى مِنْ رَسُولٍ فَإِنَّهُ يَسْلُكُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ رَصَدًاand similar verses.
