Continuation: Does the one who is wearing a shemagh turn it over in the prayer for rain, and does the woman turn over her abaya?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Regarding the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) doing it, the reasoning is as the brother said. This is also one of the points; some scholars said: It is as if the man committed himself to changing his bad deed to a good deed, because deeds, my brothers, deeds are clothing. Allah the Exalted said:
And the clothing of taqwa, that is the best. وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَى ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ
So it is as if the person, by this action, committed himself to changing his state and his religious clothing to another clothing. So Allah knows best. In any case: the most important thing for us is that we follow whom? We follow the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Yes.
