A2: One who mocks a Muslim woman or a Muslim for his adherence to the Islamic Shari'ah is a disbeliever, whether that is in the Muslim woman's wearing the hijab in accordance with the Shari'ah or in anything else; for what was narrated by 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) who said: قال رجل في غزوة تبوك في مجلس: ما رأيت مثل قرائنا هؤلاء أرغب بطونًا، ولا أكذب ألسنًا، ولا أجبن عند اللقاء، فقال رجل: كذبت ولكنك منافق، لأخبرن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فبلغ ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونزل القرآن، فقال عبد الله بن عمر : وأنا رأيته متعلقًا بحقب ناقة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تنكبه الحجارة وهو يقول: يا رسول الله، إنما كنا نخوض ونلعب، ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: أَبِاللَّهِ وَآيَاتِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ كُنْتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِئُونَ (65) لاَ تَعْتَذِرُوا قَدْ كَفَرْتُمْ بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ إِنْ نَعْفُ عَنْ طَائِفَةٍ مِنْكُمْ نُعَذِّبْ طَائِفَةً بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ A man said in a gathering during the expedition to Tabuk: "I have not seen people like these reciters of the Qur'an with greedier bellies, or more lying tongues, or more cowardly in battle." So a man said: "You have lied, but you are a hypocrite. I will inform the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) of this." That reached the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Qur'an was revealed. So 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said: "I saw him clinging to the saddle of the Messenger of Allah's (peace and blessings be upon him) camel, with stones striking him, while he was saying: 'O Messenger of Allah, we were only joking and playing.' And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying: 'Did you mock Allah, His verses, and His Messenger? (65) Do not make excuses to us; you have become disbelievers after your faith. If We pardon a group of you, We will punish a group because they were criminals.'" , so he made his mockery of the believers mockery of Allah, His verses, and His Messenger. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
