Possession of humans by jinn is a reality

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 5802 ):
Q3: Some people are possessed by jinn, and it is said that they have masters or a shaykh, and that they are from the jinn, and may be a disbeliever or a Christian. The possessor commands the possessed person to do things that contradict the Shari'ah, such as not praying, going to the church, or doing things he cannot bear. If he does not do them, they torment him. What is the Shari'ah method for getting rid of these?
A3 : Possession of humans by jinn is a reality, and if the jinn that possesses a person commands him to do something forbidden, it is obligatory for the afflicted person to hold fast to the Shari'ah of Allah and to disobey the jinn in its command to disobey Allah, even if the jinn harms him. He must seek refuge in Allah from its evil and protect himself by reciting the Qur'an, by the prescribed seeking of refuge, and by the adhkar established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), including: ruqyah by reciting Surat al-Fatihah, and: reciting
Surat al-Ikhlas, and the two Mu'awwidhat, then he blows into his hands and wipes with them his face and as much of his body as he can, then he recites these three surahs a second time, blows into his hands, and wipes with them his face and as much of his body as he can, then he recites them a third time, blows into his hands, and wipes with them as much of his body as he can, and so on with ruqyah using the surahs of the Qur'an and its verses, and the established adhkar, along with turning to Allah in seeking healing and protection from the devils of the jinn and humans. Refer to the book [Al-Kalim al-Tayyib] by Ibn Taymiyyah , the book [Al-Wabil al-Sayyib] by Ibn al-Qayyim , and [Al-Adhkar] by al-Nawawi , for they contain an explanation of many types of ruqyah. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
