Prostration and slaughter for other than Allah is shirk (associating partners with Allah)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa number ( 4360 ) :
Q4: Is the one who testifies that Allah is the Creator and the Provider, and that the Messenger is
Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), but does nothing except prayer, even if he prostrates to his shaykh (scholar or teacher) and slaughters for other than Allah, is he a Muslim or not?

A4: Prostration to other than Allah is shirk (associating partners with Allah), and slaughter for other than Allah is also shirk (associating partners with Allah). So, whoever prostrates to other than Allah or slaughters for other than Allah after the ruling has been clarified to him is a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah) and a disbeliever, and Allah does not accept from him any deviation or correction, even if he prays and fasts. Indeed, the deeds of the mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah) are not accepted from him. And if he dies upon shirk (associating partners with Allah), then Allah does not forgive him. Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills
[An-Nisa 4:48]
And Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.
[Al-Ma'idah 5:72]
And Allah the Exalted said:
But if they had associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing.
[Al-An'am 6:88]
. However, if he repents before death with sincere repentance, then Allah forgives him, as He, the Exalted, said:
Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah.
[Az-Zumar 39:53]
. The scholars of Islam have agreed that this verse was revealed regarding the repentant. As for the verse in Surah al-Nisa, which is His saying, the Exalted:
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills
[An-Nisa 4:48]
it was revealed regarding the non-repentant,
and they are those who died upon their disbelief and sins. We ask Allah the Exalted for safety. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
