Do not recite al-Fatihah in ruku' and sujud in place of the tasbih

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q4: Is it obligatory for a Muslim to recite al-Fatihah and the Qur'an in place of the obligatory tasbih and supplications in prayer, and is there anything that suffices for them if they are difficult for him at the beginning?
A4: One should perform the recitation and the dhikr in prayer, each in its proper place, according to one's ability, due to the generality of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
, and one does not recite al-Fatihah in ruku' or in sujud—for example—in place of the tasbih. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
