If one arrives in Makkah after the 'Asr prayer on the Day of 'Arafah, is it better for him to go to Makkah, perform the arrival tawaf, and perform the sa'y of Hajj, and then go out to 'Arafah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If one arrives in Makkah after the 'Asr prayer on the Day of 'Arafah, is it better for him to go to Makkah, perform the arrival tawaf, and perform the sa'y of Hajj, and then go out to 'Arafah, or is it better for him to go directly to 'Arafah?

The Shaykh : It is better for him to go directly to 'Arafah, because this day is the Day of 'Arafah, not a day for tawaf. The man who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and prayed Fajr with him in Muzdalifah, who was 'Urwah ibn al-Muth'ir, came from the mountains of Thaqif from near Ha'il and found the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the Fajr prayer in Muzdalifah, and he said:
O Messenger of Allah: I have exhausted myself and worn out my mount - or he said: I have worn out myself and exhausted my mount -. And I did not leave a mountain without stopping at it, so do I have a Hajj? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Whoever prays this prayer of ours and stands with us until we depart, and has stood at 'Arafah before that, whether at night or during the day, has completed his Hajj and fulfilled his obligations.
. It is not mentioned that he performed the arrival tawaf. Therefore, if you arrive in Makkah on the Day of 'Arafah, go to 'Arafah. Yes.
