Explaining the error of some pilgrims in leaving the overnight stay at Muzdalifah and missing the Fajr prayer there.

The Shaykh : Sahih Ibn Hibban 15:165 The gathering is Muzdalifah, despite this authentic hadith, all pilgrims pass through Muzdalifah without staying overnight or remaining there, let alone praying Fajr there. Because there are other people who sleep until the middle of the night, then wake up, get in their cars, and head to Mina. Thus, they miss what is more important than the overnight stay at Muzdalifah, which is the Fajr prayer at Muzdalifah. Because two matters are connected to Muzdalifah: one is a recommended practice or an obligation; if the pilgrim is lax in it, he sins, but his Hajj is valid, and that is the overnight stay at Muzdalifah. The other, and more important, is that he prays Fajr at Muzdalifah, based on the aforementioned hadith. So many pilgrims come to Muzdalifah and sleep there until the middle of the night, then... after the middle of the night, they head to Mina. This departure is permissible for some people, such as women or children. You find people today acting recklessly, on the pretext that the Messenger granted a dispensation for women to depart in the middle of the night, so men also depart with the women. And on the pretext that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a dispensation for these women to depart after the middle of the night to throw the stones at night, meaning to throw the stones before the dawn breaks, even though the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: .
Whoever prays our prayer at the gathering
مَن صلَّى صلاتنا هذه بجمعand had previously stood at 'Arafah at any time of the night or day, has completed his ritual and his Hajj is complete
وكان قد وقف قبل ذلك على عرفات في ساعة من ليل أو نهار فقد قضى تفثَه ، وتَمَّ حجهDo not throw the stones except after the sun has risen
لا ترموا إلا بعد طلوع الشمس
