Reading hadiths concerning intercession on the Day of Resurrection for those who have the weight of a seed of faith in their hearts.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: The hadith: Abdullah narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Isma'il narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn al-Mughirah ibn Ma'itin narrated to me, from Sulayman ibn 'Amr ibn 'Abd al-'Atwar or al-'Atwar.

The Shaykh : Yes, but in any case, I don't think we should jump around like this so we don't waste time.

The questioner : Fine, it is the same
They will say: "Our Lord, which of Your servants were with us in the world, praying our prayer, paying our zakah, fasting our fast, performing our Hajj, and fighting in our battles, whom we do not see?" He will say: "Go to the Fire, and whoever you find among them in it, bring them out." He said: "So they will find them, and the Fire will have seized them according to their deeds. Some of them will be seized by it, and some, and some..."
.

The Shaykh : Fine.
The reader:
And some of them will be seized by it up to their necks, and it will not cover their faces. They will be taken out of it and thrown into the Water of Life. It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the Water of Life?" He said: "It is the bath of the people of Paradise. They will grow like the growth of crops." He said: "In one version it says: 'As crops grow in the silt of a flood.' Then the prophets will intercede for everyone who testified that there is no god but Allah sincerely, and they will bring them out of it. He said: Then Allah will show mercy to those in it with His mercy, and He will not leave in it a servant who has the weight of a seed of faith in his heart."
.

The Shaykh : This is not the narration of Muslim; we need the narration of Muslim. Show me the page here, from eleven to sixteen.
The reader: This is eleven, from which we read the narration.

The Shaykh : Fine.
The reader: And this is twelve.

The Shaykh : What is this faded edition?
The student: This was published by the Islamic Office.

The questioner : This is Zuhayr.
The student: New?
The student: The Islamic Office for Printing and Publishing.

The Shaykh : It appears to be a new edition; it is written here on the second side, edition number...

The questioner : Photocopy.
The reader: The chain: Abdullah narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Rabi' from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq, Zayd ibn Aslam, 'Ata ibn Yasar, Abu Sa'id al-Khudri:
They will say: "O Messenger of Allah, shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" He said: "Do you have any difficulty seeing the sun when there is no cloud in front of it?"
.

The Shaykh : Perhaps we can leave this out.
The reader: Fine,
The believers and their hypocrites and the remnants of the People of the Book will remain, and He will pass through them with His Hand. Then Allah will come. Fine, I will be with my Ummah. "And when they have crossed it, none of you is more insistent in demanding a right that he knows to be his right than they will be in demanding their brothers who fell into the Fire. They will say: 'Our Lord, we used to fight together, and we used to perform Hajj together, and we used to perform 'Umrah together. How did we escape today while they perished?' He will say: 'Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will say: Look for whoever has the weight of a dinar of faith in his heart and bring him out.' He said: 'So they will be brought out.' He said: 'Then He will say: Look for whoever has the weight of a qirat of faith in his heart and bring him out.' He said: 'So they will be brought out.' He said: 'Then He will say: Look for whoever has the weight of a mustard seed of faith in his heart and bring him out.' So they will be brought out. Then Abu Sa'id said: 'Between you and me is the Book of Allah.'"
and it mentioned the story of the river of animals.

The Shaykh : To the end of it.
The reader: Yes, I did.

The Shaykh : Look, this narration does not mention the prayer.
The reader: Yes.

The Shaykh : Do you see how it is?
The Reciter: Yes.

The Shaykh : And I noticed that Sahih Muslim has Suwayd ibn Sa'id in it, and there is discussion about it, so the issue now requires precision in these words.

The questioner : Do you mean the addition of Suwayd ibn Sa'id?

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Could it be anomalous?

The Shaykh : It is possible, so all that remains for us is to review al-Bukhari in the Book of Asceticism.

The questioner : Fine, shall I bring you al-Bukhari?

The Shaykh : Let's go.
