What is the duration of moving the finger in the final tashahhud?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the duration of the movement, from the beginning of the tashahhud to the end, the taslim?

The Shaykh : Ah, this is a second question, but this one comes first. As for the answer to the second question, it is: from the time of sitting until the salam. How is that so?!
If we reflect on the hadith of Wa'il ibn Hujr when he describes the prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he reached the tashahhud he said:
He sat for the tashahhud and placed his left palm on his left thigh and his right palm on his right thigh, and he clenched his fingers and formed a ring with the index and middle fingers, so I saw him moving it, supplicating with it. جلس للتشهد ووضع كفَّه اليسرى على فخذه اليسرى، وكفه اليمنى على فخذه اليمنى وقبض أصابعه، وحلق بالسبابة والوسطى، فرأيته يحركها يدعو بها
meaning after the process of placing the hands, clenching the fingers, and forming the ring with the index and middle fingers, he said:
and I saw him moving it, supplicating with it فرأيته يحركها يدعو بها
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1268Sahih (Darussalam)
And it is known that the supplication continues until the end of the tashahhud. Therefore, the movement is from the beginning of sitting until the salam.
