The questioner : A questioner says: O honorable Shaykh! This happened to me ten years ago, and I was not married at the time. I was a visitor to Makkah during the months of Hajj. Then I intended to perform Hajj at the beginning of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, so I entered the state of ihram from my uncle’s house in Makkah. On the morning of the Day of 'Arafah, I performed tawaf around the House, then I went to 'Arafah and witnessed that day. Then I proceeded to Muzdalifah on foot and spent the night in Muzdalifah. After the Fajr prayer, I lost my uncle in Muzdalifah until the sunset of that day. After sunset, I descended to Makkah and spent the night at home without completing the pillars of Hajj, neither stoning the pillars, nor staying the night, nor performing sa'y. At the end of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, I returned to al-Qassim. What should I do now?

The Shaykh : This is a problem, people. This woman has not performed the tawaf. Tawaf al-Ifadah, because when is the time for Tawaf al-Ifadah? It is after standing at 'Arafah and Muzdalifah. So the tawaf is invalid. She did not do anything except standing at 'Arafah and Muzdalifah. So she must now avoid all the prohibitions of ihram, because she is still in ihram. And she goes to Makkah and performs tawaf and sa'y. And whatever she left of the obligatory stoning or staying the night, she must offer a sacrificial animal for each one. For example, she must offer a sacrificial animal for the stoning, and a sacrificial animal for staying the night.
I repeat the answer: It is obligatory for her now to go to Makkah and perform Tawaf al-Ifadah and sa'y for Hajj. She must offer a sacrificial animal for leaving the night stay, a sacrificial animal for leaving the stoning, and a third sacrificial animal for leaving the Farewell Tawaf. Yes.
