Do we repeat the adhan for the Fajr prayer if the adhan was not in accordance with the Shari'ah?

The questioner : The first one is [as stated]. As for the second, regarding the issue of the Fajr adhan: it was not in the time of Fajr, but before the time entered. Therefore, it is an adhan that is not in accordance with the Shari'ah. That is, we know that every prayer has an adhan and an iqamah. So the adhan became not in accordance with the Shari'ah. How is it that the adhan is given, and then we go to the mosque?
