Ruling on a woman who traveled to her hometown after her tawaf of ifadah and her stoning of the Aqabah pillar at night

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A woman traveled on the evening of the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah after stoning the Aqabah pillar, which was at twelve o'clock at night, after she had performed the tawaf of ifadah; what is the ruling on her action?

The Shaykh : Repeat that for me.

The questioner : A woman traveled on the evening of the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah after stoning the Aqabah pillar, which was at twelve o'clock at night, after she had performed the tawaf of ifadah?

The Shaykh : Meaning, she did not return to Mina to stay and stone the remaining pillars on the days of Tashriq; is that what you mean?

The questioner : Yes, she stoned, she performed the tawaf.

The Shaykh : Did she stone the large pillar?

The questioner : Yes, she performed the tawaf of ifadah at night.

The Shaykh : At night.

The questioner : In the afternoon, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : In the afternoon.

The questioner : Then she returned to Mina and sat until twelve o'clock.

The Shaykh : Ah, she returned to Mina and sat.

The questioner : Until twelve o'clock at night.

The Shaykh : Then...?

The questioner : Then she moved and traveled to her hometown.

The Shaykh : Yes, if she did that intentionally and knowingly; then she is sinful!

The questioner : Intentionally, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Intentionally; then she is sinful; because she left obligatory acts on her way, which are staying the night and stoning the pillars on the days of Tashriq, and many scholars make it obligatory for her to offer a sacrificial animal; due to leaving an obligatory act, let alone the obligatory acts, but I have not seen in the Shari'ah what obligates specifically the one who intends to violate the rules to expiate for his mistake with a sacrificial animal, so his sin is sufficient.

The questioner : Well, O Shaykh, do those who make the sacrificial animal obligatory, is one animal sufficient or is it necessary to...?

The Shaykh : This is a question by express mail you should direct to them, I am not able to answer it.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.
