There are factories that manufacture meat known as "mortadella"; what is the ruling on eating it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right; our Shaykh, we have here factories that manufacture meat called mortadella. You find that their owners advertise Islamic slaughter and an Islamic method. So, does a person eat from it, or should he be cautious? Some people praise these factories and say... while others criticize them?

The Shaykh : This comes down to a person's conviction. If he is convinced that the source of this meat is lawful slaughter, he may eat it with peace of mind. Otherwise, as he (peace be upon him) said:
Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt. دَعْ ما يُريبك إلى ما لا يُريبك
Sunan an-Nasa'i 5711Sahih (Darussalam)
.

The questioner : In the city of Suba, there are two mortadella factories: one that makes beef mortadella and one for chicken. So, a Shaykh, since we were close to Suba, the manager of the beef mortadella factory came out.

The Shaykh : ... .

The questioner : No, he came out because I know him. After I asked my questions, he said: I will be frank with you; everything we have is correct and Islamic; but the meat comes to us from Bulgaria.

The Shaykh: Allah is the Greatest!

The questioner : A disaster! As for the chicken one, we went and said: We came so that if we are asked, we can answer based on what we see. But he was not willing to let us in. He said: They bring the chicken in from here, and this is done, and that is done, and so on, and it comes out in cans. All right; is there no way we can go in to see the method? He was not willing to let us pass, he was absolutely not willing to let us in to see how the slaughter is done and how the chicken is processed, and to see that the chickens are together, but they remove all the feathers and it becomes mortadella. No, he was absolutely not willing to let us pass. We told him: At your service; meaning, so that if we are asked, we can say that it is permissible based on what we saw. He absolutely did not accept to let us into the slaughterhouse.

The Shaykh : He knows that the service here is destruction for them; because it is not according to the Shari'ah, it is not according to the Shari'ah!!
