There are factories that manufacture meat known as mortadella; what is the ruling on eating it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, our Shaykh, we have here factories that manufacture meat called mortadella. You find their owners... and the method is Islamic, so what is the ruling on eating it? Some people praise these factories and say... while others criticize them?

The Shaykh : This comes down to a person's conviction. If he is convinced that the source of these meats is lawful slaughter, he may eat it with ease and comfort. Otherwise, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt. دع ما يريبك إلى ما لا يريبك
Sunan an-Nasa'i 5711Sahih (Darussalam)
.

The questioner : In the city of Sahab, there are two mortadella factories: one that makes beef mortadella and one for chicken... We were close by... The manager of the beef mortadella factory came out, and I knew him. After I asked my questions, he said, "I will be frank with you: everything we have is correct and Islamic, but the meat comes to us from Bulgaria." As for the chicken, we went so that if we were asked, we could answer based on what we saw. But he was not willing to let us in... He said the chicken comes in here, and this is done and that is done, and it comes out in cans. We said we want to see the method, but he was not willing... how the slaughter is performed and how the chickens are processed... together with the removal of all the feathers. We said we are at your service, meaning so that if we are asked, we can say it is permissible based on what we saw. He was absolutely not willing to let us into the slaughterhouse.

The Shaykh : He knows that the service here would be a demolition for them, because it is not in accordance with the Shari'ah.
