What is the ruling on a man being alone with a woman? And does this apply to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : ... the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), for whom it is permissible to be alone with any woman, because he said:
There is no man but that he has a companion ما من رجلٍ إلا ومعه قرين
; meaning the Shaytan. So when they said to him, "And you, O Messenger of Allah?" he said:
And I am no exception, except that Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) helped me against him, so he became a Muslim. ولا أنا إلا أنَّ الله - تبارك وتعالى - أعانَني عليه فأسلم
. There are two narrations:
So he submitted فأسلَمُ
meaning: I am safe from his evil and his whispering. The second narration is
So he submitted فأسلَمَ
, meaning he became a Muslim.
So he does not command him فهو لا يأمره
(peace be upon him)
With anything but good إلا بخير
does not command him with good that is not certain. In any case, according to either narration: either he truly became a Muslim, in which case he does not command his Prophet (peace be upon him) with anything but good; or he remained in his disbelief and misguidance, but Allah (Mighty and Majestic) protected his Prophet from his whispering of evil, and he only commands him with good.
Therefore, the seclusion of a man with a woman is something the Wise Lawgiver has prohibited, and this is in the category of blocking the means to harm, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith:
No man is alone with a woman except that Satan is the third among them. ما اختلى رجلٌ بامرأةٍ إلا كان الشيطان ثالثهما
. So this ruling does not apply to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family); because if he is alone with a woman, the Shaytan is not the third one with them, whether he became a Muslim or not. As for the assumption that he became a Muslim, the matter is clear: there are a group of Muslims with no Shaytan among them. And according to the narration
So he submitted فأسلَمُ
regarding his evil, his ruling is the ruling of a Muslim who does not command him with anything but good.
So, such seclusion for a group of men in a woman's house, who are righteous, and her husband, as you heard in the hadith, went to fetch sweet water, so he will return soon. So, under such circumstances, there is absolutely no objection to such entering upon a strange woman.
