The Shaykh : The second hadith is from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) as well, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered upon a young man who was dying, and he said: . He said: "I hope for Allah, O Messenger of Allah, and I fear my sins." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 983Hasan (Darussalam). Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: "A strange hadith." Ibn Majah and Ibn Abi al-Dunya also narrated it, all of them from the narration of Ja'far ibn Sulayman al-Dab'i from Thabit from Anas. Al-Hafiz (meaning al-Mundhiri) said: "Its chain is good; for Ja'far is truthful and sound, and Muslim relied on him, al-Nasa'i authenticated him, and al-Daraqutni and others spoke about him."
How do you find yourself?
كيف تجدك ؟These two will not be gathered in a worshipper's heart at a time such as this, except that Allah will grant him what he hopes and make him safe from what he fears.
