An interjection by the Shaykh, "Ali al-Halabi," mentioning a precious statement by Imam al-Ajurri in his book, "Al-Shariah."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Al-Halabi: Our Shaykh, the book "Al-Shariah" by al-Ajurri, that ... .

The Shaykh : Yes?
Al-Halabi: "Al-Shariah" by al-Ajurri.

The Shaykh: "Al-Shariah."

The questioner: The one we did not discuss, its number is not available.

Another questioner: ... a district here ... the Shaykh is just inside because ... .
Al-Halabi: "Modesty brings nothing but good."

The Shaykh: It might be in this corner, either to the right or the left ... the police chief executes the ruling that comes to him from the ruler ... he is merely an executor; therefore, the confusion between the rulings is a great calamity.
Abu al-Hakam, this one; did he, in the time of the Messenger (peace be upon him), judge between people without the Messenger (peace be upon him) appointing him to judge between people and to execute what he judged between them? The answer is: No. So this hadith has no relation to the subject at all.

Al-Halabi: Imam al-Ajurri, in his book "Al-Shariah," narrates through his chain from Amr ibn Yazid, who said: I heard al-Hasan, in the days of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab, saying, and a group of men had come to him. In the days of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab, there was a fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) ... .

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner: So he ordered them to stay in their houses and lock their doors, then he said: By Allah, if people, when they are tested by their ruler, were to be patient, they would not have to wait long before Allah (Mighty and Majestic) removes it from them. And that is because they resort to the sword, and they are left to it, and by Allah, they never brought a day of good.

The Shaykh: Correct, this is it ... .

The questioner: Then he recited His saying (Glorified and Exalted is He):
And the good word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel because of what they had patiently endured. And We destroyed [all] that Pharaoh and his people were producing and what they had been building.
[Al-A'raf 7:137]
.

The Shaykh: Allahu Akbar!! This is a clear denial of rising up against the rulers, Allahu Akbar!
Well; anything else?
