An interjection by Shaykh Ali Hasan quoting a precious statement from Imam al-Ajri in his book al-Shari'ah.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Al-Halabi: In al-Ajri's book al-Shari'ah, it says ... .

The Shaykh : What?
Al-Halabi: In al-Ajri's al-Shari'ah

The Shaykh : al-Shari'ah

The questioner : To what we have discussed, its number is available.
Another questioner: ... a district here ... the Shaykh, just because ... .
Al-Halabi: ... nothing but good comes.

The Shaykh : Maybe this deviation here, to the right or left ... the police chief executes the ruling that comes to him from the ruler ... he is merely an executor, and therefore mixing up the rulings is a great calamity.
Abu al-Hakam, did he judge between people during the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) without the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) ordering him to judge between people and to execute what he judged between them? The answer is no. So this hadith has no relation to the subject at all ... do you have something? Go ahead.
Al-Halabi: Imam al-Ajri in his book al-Shari'ah narrates through his chain from 'Umar ibn Yazid, who said: I heard al-Hasan in the days of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab saying, and a group of people came to him in the days of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab during a fitnah that was ... .

The Shaykh : Yes, exactly.

The questioner : So he ordered them to stay in their houses and close their doors, then he said "By Allah, if people, when they are tested by their rulers, were patient, Allah the Exalted would not leave them long before removing it from them. And that is because they resort to the sword and entrust it to it, and by Allah, they never brought a day of good at all"

The Shaykh : Correct, this is it ... .

The questioner : And he recited the words of Allah the Exalted:
And the good word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel because of what they had patiently endured. And We destroyed [all] that Pharaoh and his people were producing and what they had been building. وتمت كلمة ربك الحسنى على بني إسرائيل بما صبروا ودمرنا ما كان يصنع فرعون وقومه وما كانوا يعرشون
[Al-A'raf 7:137]

The Shaykh : Allahu Akbar. Yes, this is a clear denial of rising up against the rulers. Allahu Akbar. Now, what else?
