If the seller of the misbaha says: “I sell it for adornment”; how do we respond to him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: ... He said, for example: ... I sell this item for adornment or for playing with it or something like that; so what is the response to ... Is it permissible ...?

The Shaykh: No, if it is generally used for tasbih, it is not permissible to sell it; based on the principle:
but do not cooperate in sin and aggression وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:2]
, but if it is of the type of misbahas that are more accurately called “decorative” rather than “tasbih” misbahas, then it is permissible!!

Another questioner: Question.

The Shaykh: Go ahead.
