Saying: The world is wombs that give birth and a ground that swallows

In the saying: Wombs that give birth and a ground that swallows; I do not know what the Shari'ah says about it? And to whom is it attributed?

This saying is their statement: If the world is wombs that give birth and a ground that swallows, and there is nothing beyond that, then this is the saying of the materialists,Those who say: [al-Jathiyah: 24] and it is disbelief; because it is a denial of the resurrection,As for the one who said: Wombs that give birth and a ground that swallows, and he believes that beyond that is the resurrection, then there is no harm in this saying for him, but it may be objected to for its generalization; because whoever hears it, or whoever hears this saying, may assume the doctrine of the materialists who say: [al-Jathiyah: 24] and do not believe in the resurrection, so it is better to keep oneself pure and stay away from this saying.
