The obligation to ask for water for one who experiences a wet dream in the house of one of his friends

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man woke up after the Fajr adhan in a state of major ritual impurity. He was not in his own house, and the cold was severe, so he feared for his life due to the intensity of the cold. He had nothing with which to warm the water, and he was too shy to ask for hot water from the host’s house, where the host’s wife was also present. His shyness prevented him from asking for hot water. Is it permissible for him to perform dry ablution with clean earth?
He has to knock on the door and ask them for hot water for the full ritual bath, and he should not be shy. Allah is not shy of the truth. Everyone experiences wet dreams, and shyness is not an excuse. However, if it were assumed that he was in the desert and had no water except cold water, and he feared harm or illness for himself, then he may perform dry ablution with clean earth until he finds something with which to warm the water. But as for the issue of shyness, no. If he prays with dry ablution and does not ask for hot water out of shyness toward the people of the house, he has to perform the full ritual bath and repeat the prayer from the beginning.
