The ruling on a person in the state of ihram who experiences a wet dream

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This message is from the listener Muhammad Saleh Zurai from Yanbu al-Bahr. He says: What should the pilgrim do if he experiences a wet dream while in the state of ihram and in the act of Hajj, given that no one may perform circumambulation of the Ka'bah while in a state of major ritual impurity?
Answer: If he experiences a wet dream while in the state of ihram, he must perform the full ritual bath for major ritual impurity, and he owes nothing; because he did not intend this, it was not by his choice. It is like the fasting person in Ramadan who experiences a wet dream during the day; he performs the full ritual bath and owes nothing, his fast is valid and his Hajj is valid. So if he experiences a wet dream at 'Arafah or at Muzdalifah, or on the road after entering the state of ihram, all of that carries no blame on him, but the full ritual bath is obligatory for him. If he does not find water, because he is in a place where there is no water, or if he is sick and unable to use water, he performs dry ablution with clean earth. He takes the earth in his hands with the intention of major ritual impurity, wipes his face and his palms with the intention of major ritual impurity, and thereby purifies himself. He owes nothing, and his Hajj is valid and complete; because this wet dream was not by his choice, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, Blessed and Exalted is He. Yes.
