Moving from one place to another in prayer for a need

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: If I am standing in congregational prayer and the person next to me is emitting the smell of smoke, is it permissible for me to change my position after the takbir of ihram and stand in another place if I am bothered by this smell?
If one lines up next to a person from whose mouth a bad smell emanates, whether from smoke, onion, garlic, sweat, or something else, and it is difficult for him to perform the prayer in the best manner, he may leave his prayer and go to another place. However, after stating this ruling, we say to everyone who has a bad smell: it is not permissible for him to come to the mosque; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited that. He prohibited one who has eaten onion, garlic, leek, or anything else with a bad smell from coming to the mosque.Rather He said: (They should not approach our mosques) and he informed that this harms the angels. And when someone came to the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) after eating onion or garlic, they would take him out and expel him to al-Baqi'.
This indicates that it is not permissible for a person to come to the mosque with a smell that harms the worshippers or the angels, and that the people of the mosque have the right to expel him from the mosque.
