Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says:
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreakقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq:1] And the Lord of the dawn is Allah,And al-falaq: the breaking of the dawn, and it is permissible that it be broader than that, that al-falaq is everything that Allah the Exalted splits open, such as the dawn, the pits of dates, and seeds, as He the Exalted said:
Indeed, Allah is the cleaver of grain and date seedsإِنَّ اللَّهَ فَالِقُ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى
[Al-An'am:95] ,And he said:
The Splitter of the dawnفَالِقُ الْإِصْبَاحِ
[Al-An'am:96] .
