Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (O mankind, what has deluded you concerning your Lord, the Most Generous)]
Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Infitar:6] It is said that the intended meaning of "mankind" is the disbeliever,And it was said: mankind in his capacity as a human being, because mankind in general is an unjust, ungrateful human being,Unjust and ungrateful: [Ibrahim:34] So Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: [Al-Infitar:6] He addresses mankind in his capacity as a human being, regardless of his religion, [Al-Infitar:6] meaning: What has deluded you regarding Allah such that you deny Him in the resurrection, disobey Him in His commands and prohibitions, and perhaps there are even those who deny Allah, Mighty and Majestic, so what has deluded you?!! Some scholars said: Indeed, the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Al-Infitar:6] is a reference to the answer, which is that what deluded mankind is the generosity of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, His forbearance, and His forbearance; But it is not permissible for a person to be deluded by that: (For indeed, Allah grants respite to the wrongdoer until when He seizes him, He does not let him escape) .
Therefore: [Al-Infitar:6] ?
His generosity and forbearance, this is what deluded mankind, and he became excessive in disobedience, excessive in denial, excessive in opposition.
Allah the Exalted said:
O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
يَا أَيُّهَا الإِنْسَانُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِIndeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful.
إِنَّ الإنْسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌO mankind
يَا أَيُّهَا الإنْسَانُwhat has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِwhat has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِTherefore:

مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِHis generosity and forbearance, this is what deluded mankind, and he became excessive in disobedience, excessive in denial, excessive in opposition.
