From the etiquettes of listening to the Qur'an

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: In some cars, the recorder speakers are positioned opposite the feet, and the feet and shoes may be placed on the speaker.

And the question is: When the Qur'an is played, does this constitute a desecration of the Book of Allah the Exalted? And is this action to be judged by your ruling on the one who stretches his feet in front of the Book of Allah the Exalted? We ask for guidance, and may Allah preserve you?
If the speakers are, as mentioned, under the feet or at the level of the shoes, then he should not turn it on to the Noble Qur'an; because the Noble Qur'an being heard from under a person's feet is undoubtedly a humiliation of the Qur'an. And if a person must listen to the Qur'an, let him raise the speaker from being opposite the feet.
