If the car speaker is under the foot, what is the ruling on listening to the Qur'an from it, and is it considered a desecration of the Qur'an, like extending one's feet in front of the Book of Allah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Your Eminence, the Shaykh (may Allah preserve him): In some cars, the recorder speakers are level with the feet, and the feet and shoes may be placed on the speaker. The question is: When the Qur'an is played, is this kind of listening a desecration of the Book of Allah the Exalted? And is this action to be compared to your ruling on the one who extends his feet in front of the Book of Allah? We ask for guidance, and may Allah preserve you?

The Shaykh : If the speakers are, as you mentioned, under the feet or the shoes, then he should not turn it on to the Noble Qur'an, because the Noble Qur'an being heard from under a person's foot or from the shoe on his foot is undoubtedly a humiliation of the Qur'an. And if a person must listen to the Qur'an, let him raise the speaker and place it above, yes.
