Discussion on the regulations of delegating the stoning of the pillars.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, regarding the one who performs Hajj.

The Shaykh : Come on, everyone, and may Allah’s peace and mercy be upon you.

The questioner : When is it permissible to delegate? If a woman goes with a man to the place of stoning and it becomes difficult for her, she delegates. But if you are sitting in the tent and you delegate, is that valid? I do not know if this is correct?

The Shaykh: Correct.

The questioner : Because I have tried this myself. We had a group of men from among our brothers with their women, and their women wanted to delegate; they wanted to go to the stoning. So I said to them, “Sisters, we will go to the stoning, and if we find it difficult, we will stone on your behalf. But if we do not find it difficult, you will stone.” By Allah, Shaykh, we went, we went, and they stoned directly from above the wall. Like that, there was no one. By Allah, from above the wall. If this means that if delegation in such a case was easy, delegation is not valid. Allahu Akbar.

The questioner : There is this.

The Shaykh : Illusions.

The questioner : Illusions.

Another questioner : I mean, do you remember, my Shaykh, I did not believe this. One person says that a jinn comes to him and comes to her.

The Shaykh : Illusions.

The questioner : Likewise, illusions.

The Shaykh : One of our brothers was afflicted with his wife regarding something of this, and he brought some shaykhs and so on, and he was hitting her and such, and then it became clear that the whole matter was illusions.
