How to invoke the name of Allah during ablution in the bathroom

The toilets nowadays, which are the place for relieving oneself, have become located in the place of ablution and washing. So, does one invoke the name of Allah in this situation or not?
If he invokes it with his tongue, there is nothing wrong with it. If he invokes it with his heart, that is better. He intends the invocation in his heart without uttering it with his tongue, and you know what the invocation of the heart is.
