Answer: The ablution is valid according to the correct view, but the recommended practice is that you say the invocation, even in the bathroom. You say: (In the name of Allah) at the beginning of the ablution; because a group of scholars consider the invocation obligatory. The invocation is obligatory according to a group of scholars, so do not leave it out. Say the invocation at the beginning of the ablution, even if you were .... And as for what has passed, we ask Allah to forgive us and you, and there is no blame on you, if Allah wills. Yes.
