Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Your Lord has not neglected you, nor has He become displeased with you)]

Then Allah the Exalted explained what He swore by in His saying:
Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى
[Ad-Duhaa 93:3]
Meaning: He has not abandoned you or neglected you, nor has He become displeased with you,Meaning: nor has He hated you. Rather, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was one of the two intimate friends who were distinguished by this great attribute; it is among the attributes of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and it is intimacy (khalah). Intimacy is the highest form of love, and none of Allah's servants is an intimate friend of Allah except Ibrahim and Muhammad (peace be upon them both),As the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Indeed, Allah has taken me as an intimate friend, just as He took Ibrahim as an intimate friend) .

And his statement: (Nor has He become displeased with you) Meaning: He has not become displeased with you or hated you. So He did not abandon you, nor did He hate you; rather, He (Glorified and Exalted is He) took care of him, protected him, and loved him.
