Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (A reward from your Lord, a gift of measure)

Allah the Exalted said:
[As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account,جَزَاءً مِنْ رَبِّكَ عَطَاءً حِسَاباً
[Al-Naba: 36] Meaning: They are rewarded with this as a reward from Allah for the good deeds they performed in this world, and they guarded themselves from the prohibitions of Allah through them.

And His saying, the Exalted:
A sufficient gift.حِسَاباً
،Meaning: Sufficient, derived from hisab, which means sufficiency,Meaning: That this cup is sufficient, and they do not need anything else with it; due to the perfection of its pleasure and the completeness of its benefit.

Then He, the Exalted, said:
[From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech.رَبِّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الرَّحْمَنِ لا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَاباً
[Al-Naba: 37] So Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) is the Lord of everything,Allah the Exalted said:
I have only been commanded to worship the Lord of this city, who made it sacred and to whom [belongs] all thingsإِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ
[Al-Naml: 91] He is the Lord of the seven heavens, one above the other, and the Lord of the earth—and it is seven, as established in the Sunnah from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)—and what is between them,Meaning: What is between the heavens and the earth of the great creations, such as clouds and mists, the celestial spheres, and others that we know and that only Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) knows,And his statement:
They possess not from Him [authority for] speech.لا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَاباً
[Al-Naba: 37] Meaning: People do not possess any speech from Allah, and no one is able to speak except by the permission of Allah, and that is
The Day that the Spiritيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ
[Al-Naba: 38] which is Jibril:
and the angels in rows.وَالْمَلائِكَةُ صَفّاً
[Al-Naba: 38] Meaning: In rows, row after row; because as it came in the hadith, the angels of the lowest heaven descend and surround the creation, then the angels of the second heaven behind them, then the third, then the fourth and the fifth, and so on in rows, and none knows their number except He who created them (Glorified and Exalted is He).
